Returns & Exchanges

At Suspension Engineering, we strive to ensure your vehicle performs at its best, but if a component isn't the right fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all mounting hardware to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack Your Components

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring that heavy suspension parts are properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service for high-value performance parts.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineering team inspects the parts for signs of installation or wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
